Part 5: Conclusion to an Epic and Memorable experience!
Part 5. What an Epic and Memorable experience! Nestled away in a remote area of Chilliwack, B.C, Lindeman Lake has the most beautiful turquoise water with mountain scenery all around. This was the icing on the cake during my trip to B.C and I couldn't have asked for better company in my baby brother @verv3.photo 🙏

Part 4 of 5 - although the trek itself was pretty short, the climb UP/elevation was just over 2,000ft of rocky terrain. But my lord was it ever worth every cramped muscle! So many great stories and memories made with my little broski @verv3.photo #hikingadventures #brotherlove #hikingtrails

It’s not really a fly though. More of a crappie jig isn’t it.

I love purple for the simple reason that like black, it can shine in clear or dirty water.

  • @jeremylamovsky9868

Over the years ive seen so many nymphs shine on local great lakes trout streams. Ive used spinning gear, centerpin and flyrod, these days mostly the centerpin. My dad isnt a barbarian like me, hes strictly fly 😂. Anyway this.past season we did well but couldnt get anything on nymphs aside from a few on black prince nymphs. On days i struggled, id put on a small mini foo jig. All black. Possibly the crudest bait ever uses for trout. Just a black jighead and a piece of feather which looks to just be saddle hackle. Little action, yet destroys steelhead in clear warer better than jigs and flys that look way better. So, im tying a bunch of larger black nymphs with 2-3XL shanks. We will see how they do. But i love your channel. I, like many of those i grew up with in my small town, messes up amd got into drugs. By some miracle i got out of it and fishing, especially for steelhead, got me through these first couple years (two years on 6/21/24) and tying jigs and flies have been a big help. Especially with me going back to school and needing to release stress

Hi Watched the video. Yes! I did enjoy it and thank you for taking the time to edit it. I really like the idea of using the dubbing instead of Antron body, also I think I’m going to do what you do with the flashabou. Do each side separately. Really like that way. Thanks really learned something from your video. All the best David

Hi, I have been tying these patterns for over forty years, but never in pink! I do like your combination and will try it out. I mainly fish for steelheads either in very fast rivers on our volcanic plateau that flow into Lake Taupo during the spawning runs in our winter or the river mouths in summer or at night. I have watched my son fishing his Euro nymphing set up and often thought how that would fish with a streamer fly. I tend to nymph up to the head of the pool using a #6 rod with tungsten beaded nymphs on a #14 hook and a #8 swing rigged rod with a tungsten beaded wooly bugger tied on a long #2 hook down the pool towards the rapid’s. Makes for an interesting days out fishing! Thanks for the effort you have put into your explanation and I wish you luck and tight lines. Cheers mate. Harera
